Hey Math Circle Students,
We will be having a math circle meeting this Tuesday (2/21) at 6:30 PST!
The Zoom Conferencing link for the session on Tuesday is https://zoom.us/j/412112468
9 and it will be active at 6:30. Just click on the link at the designated class time and you can join the class (NOTE: you may have to download a plugin if this is your first time)
The meeting is targeted towards preparation for competitions that many math circle students are making teams to go to such as the Bay Area Mathematical Olympiad and Mathleague Tournaments. The topic is Recursion and students should print the handout attached to this email. This is a special meeting because it is meant to prepare students for higher level math that they will face in competitions and more importantly, in high school.
I will be announcing the teams at this meeting as well for those who filled out the team selection form.
** The tuition for this week’s lecture is $5. We are part of a high school group that donates money to charities to help poor students worldwide. You can pay at: paypal.me/ccmathcircle and we will donate all the proceeds at the end of the school year.
If you have any questions, feel free to shoot me an email. The link to the handout is: Recursion.
